ESV (Dr.) Oladayo Femi Okeniyi is the Managing Partner of Dayo Okeniyi & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Estate Management and Valuation and is a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer in Nigeria.

With over twelve (12) years of uninterrupted professional private practice, he has successfully executed valuation assignments, estate agency transactions, property and facility management briefs, project management and feasibility studies across diverse sectors of the real estate market.

His professional practice is defined by strong technical competence, strategic thinking and a commitment to ethical service delivery.
